01What's the minimum order size?
There's no formal Viotops minimum — but factory MOQs do exist. For most categories, 100–500 units is the practical floor for custom production. For wholesale (existing SKUs), we'll happily source from one carton.
02How much do you charge?
A flat service fee of 3–5% on FOB (Starter / Growth tiers — see the Services page). Enterprise is custom. Factory prices are quoted openly, never marked up. You always know what each line buys you.
03How does payment work?
Standard is 30% deposit / 70% before shipping. T/T, Wise, escrow, Alibaba Trade Assurance — all welcomed. Established clients can pay net 30, 60 or 90 against invoice.
04What happens if there's a defect?
Defects flagged in QC are reworked at the factory's cost. Defects discovered after shipment trigger our compensation policy — we'll chase the factory and absorb the difference if needed. Always.
05Can I visit the factory?
Yes. We arrange visits for any client. Most come to Yiwu — we'll pick you up, host you, walk you through the markets, take you to factories with a translator. No cost for active clients.
06What about IP protection?
Standard NDA on every engagement. We can also file NNN agreements with factories at your request. For sensitive product development, we work in isolated supplier pools.
